STDs are potentially dangerous for those only who participate in sexual interactions; almost every mature in the world is affected. Avoiding these diseases is very important, but STDs are out of scope of our competitors. Telling to former sex partners, they might be infected is really embarrassing or impossible.CoitoCare helps to handle these problems; it isnāt a yet-another contact tracer app.
CoitoCare is very easy-to-use, setting up a sexual event costs 3 steps and less than 15 seconds. It has a multi-level disease prediction system based on the network of userās sex partners and AI predictions. Within the app users remain anonymous and we handle only the necessary data on a HIPAA and GDPR compatible way. It facilitates to tell to former sex-partners about if they could get infected.
create match event
Match event is a euphemism for sexual intercourse. One click on set match button is easy and costs less seconds than lighting a cigarette after sexā¦ but using CoitoCare is much healthier of course.
set protection details
You can set up in CoitoCare if you protect yourself during the intercourse. The app handles PrEP, Condom and PEP protections. This information is useful to track diseases and potential infections.
add partner(s)
The last step is to read the QR codes from each othersā phone. If more than two people are involved, they have to read all QR codes. It can store easily either a dyadic relation or a swinger as well.
set disease details (optional at anytime)
Hope you never use this part, but if you have an STD or STI, please sign it in the app to help warn others and make better predictions. We can fight and beat diseases or cut off the spread together.

Gamifying risk assessment to solve barriers to access. Our game busts myths by transforming abstract risk statistics into interactive, real-world experiences that are fun to use.
According to the research, one of the biggest barriers to access is when at-risk populations do not comprehend how high their risk really is. So we made a fun app for experiential exploration of HIV risk using accurate statistical risk modeling provided by the CDC, embodied in a pachinko machine, to communicate how the risk probabilities work -- and how ARV and PrEP change the odds in your favor!

Getting an HIV test is quick, painless and almost always free. It is the only and most critical way to know if an individual has the HIV virus. But eventhough it is easy to get an HIV test, many people put it off because they donāt know when they should test, how often and in many cases, they are worried about what a positive result could mean for their future.
Our platform, through engaging and incentivised methods aims to tackle the problem, currently by providing to the people who get tested for HIV a chance to win prize through a lottery. Participants who get tested will get a chance to win multiple prize which shifts attention to the testing and allow people to invite others to test and be aware of the simplicity and importance of regular test.
Give test
Get tested at their nearest medical institution of their choice
Hospitals send patient phone number to the system
Tenaye receives information from the medical institution about the individual.
Patient receive lottery number by SMS
Tenaye sends the participant a lottery number that will allow the individual to win prizes
HIV is a Multifaceted Disease. Due to a lack of stigma, awareness, and resources, people don't get tested. 6/7 HIV-positive people don't know their status. Self-testing needs to be encouraged. HIV-positive patients drop out of treatment, have depression, have un-reported complications. Community Workers manually track using lengthy follow-up protocols time to time but, not when they have symptoms
We address problem by:
1. Increased Testing-

This project aims to motivate and build up habit of PrEP uptake adherence and retention among MSM who engaged in Pre-exposure Prophylaxis
Men who have sex with men (MSM) in Vietnam has been disproportionately affected by HIV. The country implemented PrEP program targeting MSM in 2019. While PrEP is powerful tool for HIV prevention, its effectiveness depends on user adherence. Poor PrEP adherence and continuation observed in PrEP users due to lack of motivation for persistence have threatened the public health impact of program.
We provide a supportive environment to motivate PrEP adherence and continuation among MSM PrEP users. Key functions - reminding, counselling, networking, communication - were designed to remind personalized PrEP uptake and retention schedules, provide counselling by health care workers, truths about PrEP to resolve myths, and a community forum to share best practices for PrEP persistence support.
Clinic staff invites PrEP initiators using the app to create their own medicine (include PrEP) uptake and follow-up visit schedule which tailors individual characteristics and needs.
Remind uptake, visit plans & follow up
PrEP uptake notification: 1-hour prior to scheduled time, at scheduled time, next day follow-up for confirmation
PrEP. Clinician visit: 5 days prior to scheduled day and right at scheduled day.
Provide information, education and communication
All latest information about PrEP, HIV will be posted. They may include hot news which attracts interest of users, new policy, new findings of PrEP, advantage of PrEP adherence etcā¦
Form a anonymous community forums of PrEP users
The PrEP users can share their experience about PrEP. Health care workers can remind about adherence and retention on PrEP, support them get over barriers for continuting on PrEP
Collect client's satisfaction feedback
An automatic feedback form will be circulated to clients following their service uptake to collect feedback and comments for clinic quality improvement at the clinic.

People in Egypt and North Africa regard HIV infection as a shame; they do not tell anyone about it and do not seek medical treatment.
As a result of this shame culture, there are fewer diagnosed patients and a lack of treatment and medical services for HIV patients, as well as difficulties in testing and preventing the spread of HIV.
We created an online platform that allows HIV patients to receive online consultation and treatment in a private setting without risking their privacy.
The platform also connects patients to a wide range of organizations, allowing them to be professionally tested, diagnosed, and treated.
The collected anonymous data will be analyzed to identify the most infected geolocations and other insights.
~50,000 Malaysian HIV sufferers do not seek healthcare privacy fears despite free treatment because of societal stigma, while the country is topping COVID-19 cases globally which will reduce the seeker's number due to the fear of hospital transmission.

In developing digital solutions to combat HIV, many developers need to know available list of hospitals in some country, region, the nearest hospitals and the services the hospitals offer to use in making decisions.
Unfortunately, this data on hospitals is not easily accessible especially in Africa and in the Middle East. We need to maintain a digital database of hospitals accessible by everyone.
We aim to keep an updated database of all hospitals in Africa(World), build a free API service that enables other developers to call our API and discover hospitals that they need. The API service will serve queries like finding all hospitals in some country, in a user-defined region(boundary), getting all hospitals, finding the nearest hospital to a user while keeping the service fast as possible.
Register all available hospitals
We need to register all available hospitals on our database to make them discoverable.
Request for hospitals data
Developer can access the api, make a query to request any of our provided endpoints.
Develop applications
After requesting for the data they need, developers can now focus on building their solutions with an up-to date dataset of our hospitals.
Request for custom endpoints
Developers can also request for new endpoints like finding hospitals which offer specific services.
Hospitals Portal
Hospitals can also login to our system through a portal which they can add new services that they offer, they can register new hospitals which will be updated on our database.

We also don't always feel like putting our camera on when talking to other people over video calls. We are also unusually quiet (or muted) when listening to someone on these calls. What if we could have video calls, but still avoid all these issues?
Anonymous video calls (aka. Club2D) allow you to communicate with someone using your facial expression and animation, without revealing your identity, physical background or other sensitive information. It allows you to safely share expressions and emotion. Your webcam feed is processed locally, sending only the minimal amount of data which represents your virtual face. IP addresses are not shared

Opportunity to create a free multi-lingual interactive App that gathers information and data required for the communities to tackle HIV
The main factors which have contributed to India's large HIV-infected population are extensive labor migration and low literacy levels in certain rural areas resulting in a lack of awareness. Factors that enhance the spread of HIV transmission include migration, economic instability, social and environmental factors, drug use, increased rates of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), and poverty.
The App will create opportunities for people to assimilate information anonymously, at their own pace, providing accurate information and education on HIV and comorbidities. Communities will have access to much-needed information on available resources, interventions, and services. The App will provide free tele counselor services and the necessary information.
